We offer an interactive programme with engaging and fun activities focused on the topic of values as well as growth mindset, which enables children to discover their abilities and strengths. Our courses are super easy to integrate at the beginning of one of the weekly football training sessions: 1 x session of 15-minutes per week over 7 weeks.
With each completed course, not only will you all have that warm fuzzy feeling of having learnt something new, but your team has earned itself some helpful equipment. Balls, goals, corner flags or bags – there is always something a football team and club could do with. A small time investment which can make a huge difference for each child, your time and the club. It’s a win-win for everyone.
THE TEAM MUSIALA PROGRAMME
What does it look like?
- 1 course folder with interactive learning materials für 7 training units.
- There is only one 15 minute session per week to be integrated into one of the weekly football training sessions.

Each unit is designed to facilitate easy implementation. Through conversations, food for thought and small tasks, the children have the opportunity to consciously engage with the concept of values and growth mindset.
The aim is for children to be able to recognise, name, talk and increase awareness about ways of acting or thinking and thus be able to shape and reflect their environment.
Your reward for taking part in the year 1 programme!
After completion of the year 1 programme, you will receive a brandnew net of footballs for your
team.
The course folder for year 2 of the Team Musiala Programme and builds on the year 1 programme and whilst it shares the same structure, each unit goes into more depth.
After successfully participating in this 2nd course, your team has of course earned some useful equipment again.
In year 3, the focus moves to the topic of “growth mindset”. Both the team and the individual player have the opportunity to immerse themselves into this interesting topic.
As with the preceding courses, you can also look forward to receiving some helpful equipment on completion of year 3.
- Every team joining the Team Musiala Programme starts with the year 1 programme.
- It is up to each coach and team to decide whether they would like to continue with the subsequent courses.
- Our programmes are designed for childern in the age range of 7-12 years.
