Time is precious but yet one of the few free commodities in the world. Choosing how to spend your time is all about making daily choices in line with your goals and dreams. The courses of the Team Musiala Foundation aim to provide children with a toolkit based on values and growth mindset which can be a useful reference and guiding compass on their life journey.
This toolbox can support children to make useful choices and follow their dreams by taking ownership of their time and journey. One of our goals is to create that regular precious space and time for children to reflect and consider their dreams, so that they can find their way. We want to encourage and empower them to take a proactive role in their life journey every day.

We all start somewhere, sometime. It doesn’t matter where you come from, only where you want to go. The key is to allow yourself to dream, set a goal and to keep at it. Jamal’s journey also began with a dream. And his decision to follow his dreams.

Values serve as a guide or even roadmap as they influence our decision making: either on a conscious or subconscious level. And with that, they do also determine our future. How do I want to show up today or what can I do today, to create a positive future for myself?

MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND EARN EQUIPMENT
We offer an interactive programme with engaging and fun activities focused on the topic of values as well as growth mindset, which enables children to discover their abilities and strengths. Our courses are super easy to integrate at the beginning of one of the weekly football training sessions: 1 x session of 15-minutes per week over 7 weeks.
With each completed course, not only will you all have that warm fuzzy feeling of having learnt something new, but your team has earned itself some helpful equipment. Balls, goals, corner flags or bags – there is always something a football team and club could do with. A small time investment which can make a huge difference for each child, your time and the club. It’s a win-win for everyone.
